Personalised did an excellent job on a bathroom installation which was installed ahead of the actual booking slot we were offered. The work took approx 5 days. The sole installer (Peter) worked like a trojan with seemingly no lunch break. I had to almost force him to have a cup of tea! His work was very high standard. Everything looked superb on completion. All the mess created was swiftly got rid of on his last day. I would gladly recommend this company for their professionalism and they easily deserve 5 stars in my book.

A most unhappy experience. I paid over £6000 for work, which should have taken a week to complete, but took months to correct errors: a damaged cupboard door, a wrongly drilled cupboard door (hole filled with glue), a partially finished cupboard and a shelf held up with two rough chunks of wood on top of the shelf. Missed appointment - unsatisfactory response to letters - I felt very badly treated.
