A most unhappy experience. I paid over £6000 for work, which should have taken a week to complete, but took months to correct errors: a damaged cupboard door, a wrongly drilled cupboard door (hole filled with glue), a partially finished cupboard and a shelf held up with two rough chunks of wood on top of the shelf. Missed appointment - unsatisfactory response to letters - I felt very badly treated.
