Ian a joiner by trade bought some grey compost decking boards of cws with some edge boards when delivery came edging boards been stored out side uncovered so a total mess and the wrong coler got the to change for different normal boards there was a price difference in my favour but the wont refund wont be going there again

I’m sure they will quickly rush to discredit this. However, their fitter….assistant/salesperson… Ian started secretly messaging my wife. He would send her messages saying how much he admired her. Very creepy, beyond unprofessional and downright immoral. Chased her for months. He’s since divorced his wife and left the country still inviting my wife to join him.

Iv felt with CWS for many years and they have fitted me windows and doors in every extension iv build for costomers and our own houses from James down to all his fitting teams iv never come across a nicer set of people in the building trade and nothing has ever been a problem to solve. Keep up the good work

Problems with locks, also had to replace 3 windows due to marks on them had to chase for weeks to get sorted poor service

By builder had my entire extension fitted with CWS windows and doors, the fitters were lovely and made a great job of fitting them in this old farmhouse, the front door gave a little trouble but CWS could not have been more helpful and sent a fitter out 3 times to fix the problem, all in all I would recommend CWS,

We had the whole of our coach house fitted with windows from CWS Windows shepley Huddersfield and that's when our problems started the staff are rude also the owner our windows are not fitted correctly and are as straight as a dogs back leg my daughters window rattles in the wind three times i have asked for them to send some one to sort it out no one ever comes out we have a large window in our lounge which we had the same problem with nothing was straight i think the fitters had it in and out twice then sent for some one else to fit it the third time then we find out that it doesn't pass building regs because it doesn't have an opener and we have no other windows in that room for ventilation but no one told us this is that not the job of the window company to tell us?????? before we pay over a £1000 for the one window and will now have to be remade at our cost the owner says they could install an opener into the present window but he doesn't want to do it we had two sets of French doors fitted neither of which where set up right neither was the front door CWS have a snagging man that they send out to sort their problems out he did sort the doors out but said he didn't know any thing about vertical sliders and i would say neither do his fitters so why are they fitting them?????we also got a certificate for the windows which we have later found out isn't worth nothing and has been withdrawn only the council can pass our windows off as it wasn't a house before so to sum it all up a terrible job from start to finish or yes i forgot the fitters where very polite.
