Thank you so much to all at Pavillion Glass! Fitted new windows to the front of my 1866 flint cottage, and fixed every other window handle/ hinge/ lock in the house! I am so happy with my windows- they are absolutely beautiful and very much in keeping with the cottage. Even those skeptismos that thought I was going to ruin the cottage by getting double glazing have eaten their words! I have spend quite a lot of time just staring happily at them. The only problem is that now I wish I hadn't ordered plantation blinds as I won't be able to see them! The work all seems to have been done to a very professional standard and everything was left clean and tidy. The old windows were removed from my property so I didn't have to worry about getting rid of them- a problem I have had with so much other work I've had done. Everyone I dealt with has been polite, courteous and professional. Thank you so much!

I recently needed some new mirrors to replace the ones in my wife's dressing table that were some 30 years old and were becoming increasingly de-silvered. Not only did Paragon supply the correct material, they cut the three separate panes to my sizes while I waited. Including the pricing and the cutting, plus the wrapping of the mirror glass took about 20 minutes. Excellent service!

Representative visited, made lots of suggestion then promised to give a quotation within a week. We heard no more from the company. At the very least this was bad mannered! Project: conservatory but nothing was done.

Poor response to my requests for quotes. I felt as if I were a nuisance and yet I was prepared to spend £7k plus. i admit that I went back to the Sales Team for various options on a number of occasions but I was only trying to strike a deal that was acceptable to both parties. Unfortunately I received no response to my last contact so I have switched supplier. All the more disappointing as your Company was recommended by the Architect.

Replaced double glazing patterned glass panels with plain etched glass. Quality of work excellent, fitters were friendly and polite, and arrived on the date agreed and on time, and left everything clean and tidy. Work was completed January 2014.

They tried to sell me upvc (which I didn't want) told me they would come back to me with prices for timber, but I never heard from them again. Waste of time

Quote for replacement of window / or repair. The gentleman who came to quote was on time and courteous. I chose not to go ahead with the work.

needed tempered glass for construction of a vivarium, ordered the glass and it was ready within a few days, very pleased with the quality and speed of it all.
