Our window fitters were Guy and Ian they were cheerful none intrusive just got on with the job and made a professional job of it all round. there was two cracked frames and wrong type of glass in a couple of windows ,we were promised they would be sorted in a two week it in fact took two working days and we now have all outstanding work done ,Our thanks to Mike and the team at Cheltenham for a job well done.

Absolutely rubbish never answer phone stay well away from this company 😡 has you can see crack glass still waiting for replacement

I have had a cracking noise from my front door for over a year now..been out a few times but nothing is done..I think it's when sun has been out and it cracks at about sometimes at 4am or 5am in morning. As I'm 76 years old it scares me..think someone is trying to break in...don't seem to care..

This company is only interested in making big money through sovereign council two men have to complete one house per day on mine three panels of glass were over sized and one window frame crack beyond repair so I have three bits of plywood in three different windows and one window yet to be done they’ve not attended two appointments to fix this problem I’ve lost two days pay they really are abysmal when it comes to repairing there own faults I guess there’s no money to be made in that for them very greedy company / credit to the two James’s from Wales that installed them very professional tidy work a pity your company couldn’t take a feather out of your caps 🤷🏻‍♂️

Not bad windows but crap fitting got one window that.looks like a banana they smashed 2 garden lights and ruined a window cill no offer to pay for lights and window still not put right AVOID THIS COMPANY

Gary and Tom were great, very polite and cheerful throughout their time at my housing association property replacing all doors and windows. Very informative hard workers, not stopping at all for breaks on both days they worked on my home. Very conscientious in everything they did from both safety aspects of the job (putting old frames and doors straight into their van upon removal) to the expert fitting of new doors and windows. They work together brilliantly . Left everywhere very clean and tidy. Nothing you asked or questioned was to much trouble for either of them to reply in a polite and friendly manor. Quality of the doors and Windows of high quality. Fab Team . Would highly recommend both fitters (Gary and Tom) and products of Nationwide

I’ve had Nationwide window installers out to us 3 times since 13th May it’s now 9th July and still haven’t finished installing my windows as their so called boss is useless, Try to contact Bernie on the phone and he never answers, I’m disgusted with how things have been left, A total bodged up job and still not finished due to missing parts, Not happy at all and would not recommend at all

Ashley and James were extremely friendly and professional. They let us know that they were running late and upon arrival fitted the doors in a time efficient manner. They fitted both doors and removed all mess including the old doors, they also fitted the longer handles to assist my disabled daughter which was extremely courteous of them.

Tom and James fitted my door today In Uffington, and they did a superb job. Door was fitted perfectly its good quality solid door.We had the golden oak color and it looks beautiful! They cleaned up all the mess took the old door and frame away and they were very professional throughout the whole process ! Thank you guys

Had my windows fitted this week the guys was very good and polite, they had an accident With the glass and 3 of them got cracked. They are going to replace them at a later date, they haven’t but the front panels on the front window as they got sent the wrong size, but aport from that they was very good, looks so much nicer and warmer,

I have had a terrible experience with nationwide. Our door broke on our property only 5years after being installed. When we raised this with nationwide we were told that it's only 2year warrantee, even when we have a tradesman report to say it was installed wrong by Nationwide in the first place.

I would like to say that all telephone contact with your company has been first class and very helpful. Sadly the doors installed on Thursday 17/08/2017 were disappointing. One door was cracked before installation and the second cracked during installation , both faults being reported to me by your man. It wasn't until the next day I saw that the front door is also damaged under the door handle and on the adjacent door jamb. Hopefully these faults can be remedied as soon as possible.

Ordered windows from this company in september. Have so far phoned the company on at least 7 occassions and on each occassion they have been very apolgetic and promised someone would phone back with a date. Each time no-one has phoned. They promised windows would be installed by xmas which was one of many lies. Still waiting to hear back from them!!!
