We had our conservatory roof changed for a solid roof in December 2021 and had all conservatory windows replaced at the same time. The job was done when they said they would do it and all seemed fine until we had to get some snagging work done! One of the jobs was a gaping hole on the corner of our garage roof where they had not finished the job and leaves were blowing in, the communication is atrocious, I’ve sent letters tried to phone and not one reply! This company is one to avoid unless you want to spend most of your time chasing them to put bodged work right. September 2023 and I’m still waiting for them to fix it!
This Company has fitted Bi-fold doors, new tiled roof on conservatory and a new front door. Yes, I had to wait longer for the front door because of their supplier but I love everything they have done and the fitters were amazing and professional. I recommend them all the time.
Had to get my bank involved to get my deposit back as they started ignoring me again despite asking if a compromise could be found.
If anyone else is having issues getting refunds from this bunch of idiots for stuff ordered months ago and not delivered just talk to your bank. Its much faster.
Still fighting them to get my deposit back. I only really get feedback via google reviews these days. This is the latest:
Ordered and put down a deposit for a new front door back in November last year and am still waiting for an installation date. Communication was terrible, it was only through me chasing them that I found out it was going to be delayed at all. Callbacks are promised but never delivered. Complaint emails are left unresponded to despite being assured they had "gone to the owner of the company". I have to assume that whoever the owner is they care about customer service as much as the rest of them.
I have asked for my deposit back and am still being ignored. Avoid!!!
To add to this. They are now saying they are going to keep our deposit if we cancel, despite it being months late and with no eta in sight. Don't let this be you
Apparently they want to converse with me via Google reviews.
So which one if the below statements is factually incorrect?
1. The door is 4 months late.
2. I had to chase you to find out it was even going to be late.
3. You are going to withhold my deposit and not let me cancel.
4. Yes you did offer to replace the lock but when you found out you didn't have one you backed out. This lock costs £20 from amazon..... buy one!!!
How long will I have to wait before you deem I have waited long enough? Will you still be withholding my deposit when it's 6 months late? We are almost 4 months in now.
I would love to reach an agreement with you. Right now I will only accept a refund of my deposit and a cancellation.
Do you really want to keep doing this in the public domain? I wonder how many potential buyers have seen this and had second thoughts?

Guess what I am still being ignored despite contacting them and asking what they would consider to be a fair resolution. Quote below:

You appear to be using reviews in an attempt to manipulate Centurian whist discussing your contract with Centurian. May I suggest a resolution between both parties is found before you leave your final write up. This will avoid you relaying part information which is not factually correct and give good faith for a calm resolution to an ongoing order that centurian are still fulfilling. I have pasted Centurians original response before for your reference.
You did indeed place and order in November 2021 and paid a small 10% deposit. You have been informed of the manufacturer delays which originates from Europe. Our service department also contacted you and offered to change your current door lock with one that had more keys which you said was the reason you were in a rush to get the new door fitted. (we also recommended simply getting more keys cut). We then became aware that your current lock was one that we couldn't change and you accepted this. We are sorry that you have a negative opinion of us but I can assure you and other customers who read our reviews that we are simply in a waiting room with you, other customers and many other companies. Things take longer at the moment Dan.

Beware, this company employ sub contractors to do groundwork, brickwork, and tiling. Their standard of work was never checked by Centurion and the completed conservatory was never inspected by Centurion. Pointing of one wall was never undertaken and had to be completed by ourselves. The drain inspection chamber was sealed over and then tiled. When I queried this, was told that it was normal practice and given some spare floor tiles should we need to get them up! Not sure I would be able to recognise exactly where the drain is. I could go on but won't as all problems were reported directly to Centurion with no offer to fix.
A very disappointing and frustrating construction throughout.
I would like to say thank you very much to your team for the wonderful help we had in replacing a window following a break in last weekend. To be able to call you Monday morning, have the glass quoted and ordered the same day and fitted the following was superb - we are very grateful.
The crime prevention officer also made comment on the quality of the windows, and expressed surprise that we should have been targeted - since the overwhelming majority of houses would have been easier bets.
