We asked Brierley Windows to quote us for some work in our back kitchen - getting rid of a large patio door, window and back door and replacing with a back door and one large window, with some brickwork and plastering. Guy came out, had a quick look, took the measurements, told us he was going on holiday for a week, but would either post or drop in the quotation when he got back. That was almost two weeks ago, and we've heard absolutely nothing. Obviously the job wasn't big enough for them, and he didn't have the courtesy to tell us. I would not recommend this company. Total lack of manners.

I found the gentleman was very polite and helpful, even though at the time all I was looking for was a door handle for a back door to my sons property that had been broken off, he looked all through his stocks and even though he could not find one to match he managed to refer me on to a company who he felt confident could help, and so they did, Many thanks its great to see proper customer service does still exists in a big way
