Awful. Had a new boiler fitted. They didn't bleed the radiators which were noisy afterwards. They didn't check what type of shower we had and consequently the new boiler broke our shower. They charged us 240 pounds to fix their mistake.- and it didnt fix the shower! After this, it seemed that they just couldn't be bothered to sort the problem they had created..They were very reluctant to help. They said the part we needed wasn't available. We then contact the shower company directly and got the part within 5 days. Appaling service. Refusal to take responsibility for their errors. Poor customer service. Manipulative behaviour. Stay away from this company. They cost us a lot of money because of their unprofessional service and poor customer care.
Very poor quality of plumbing work that we’ve had to get another company to fix - leaking pipes, poor connections, very shoddy workmanship.
Don’t use this company - we paid a lot of money for a new boiler installation and they have not corrected their faults.
Avon are now ignoring our claim for compensation as we’ve had to pay a good plumber to put right all their faults - very disappointed, don’t make the mistake we did!
