PROJECT: Loft Conversion Workmanship = dunno Punctual & courteous = dunno Was the work done? = No - they took a deposit of £1,800 in October 2014 and the work was schedule to start around the end of February 2015 or the beginning of March 2015. When my wife enquired if they would be starting the other day, she got a text message saying "Find a project manager and someone else to do the work". And when we ask for the deposit back. He said "no"! NOT TO BE TRUSTED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE!

Company Response

Mr Peka received a full refund with free drawings and council approval .The start date was missed dew to Mr Peka wanting to change the drawings in January and the architect was on holiday so we could not start in February as arranged. We suggested June witch was unsatisfactory to him so we gave a full refund with the drawing and approval as a sign of good will. Mr Peka has seen our work because he came to us under recommendation I think this feed back is completely inaccurate and unfair Mr. Howe
