They worked over 2 days, I felt the second day installers were in a rush to complete job and didn’t apply level of detail and craftsmanship. Left lots of mess/dust (dining room)
E.G the kitchen glass has marks/dust that are still hard to remove (three weeks later

Good quality windows. Good workmanship overall. The project was done in two parts. The fitters the second time were less professional than the first time and did minimal clearing up afterwards which was disappointing.

Thank you for your favorable comments. Im sorry you were not happy with the automatic door closer but, as the door is a fire door, these are fitted as standard however, Im pleased we have now been able to remove it for you.
Really pleased with their work. They were efficient, turned up on time and did an excellent job. There was no cold calling prior to the job and we had asked for the quote some time before. I would definitely recommend.

New windows and back door with cat flap the fitters arrived prompt were very helpful /friendly /polite and professional they also cleared away rubbish and left premises clean and tidy. Green Solidor composite door with leaded glass side window
All old windows & doors removed & replaced with windows & French doors. Brickwork made good where needed. Excellent service & after communication with office any problems resolved. Most staff professional & polite responding to my calls when necessary.
Excellent service, had three windows replaced in a flat. all done in about 4hrs.
Workmen arrived on time and completed earlier than anticipated. Highly recommended.
Excellent quality doors and installation was quick and (relatively) painless. There was a problem with one of the doors but Albion came back shortly afterwards to fit a new one.
the second job that they have done for us, a full set of new windows. just as expected.
Albion Windows fitted a new double-glazed back door recently (Oct 2013). The quality of the door is excellent, and the team were quick and tidy. I'd recommend their products and installation team.

the 2 guys turned up and set to work on the new back door which i was having fitted , now door was in within a couple of hours , and they cleaned up afterwards and did a good job , happy with the new door

The windows have made the house look beautiful, especially the French doors and porch. The house is so much warmer and quieter now. They were installed with the minimum of disruption or mess. A job well done.
