This company attempted to repair our boiler which was covered by insurance. The repair did not work, they then recommended further repairs. Our insurance company had queries on this but despite several requests from us they did not contact the insurance company to clarify points raised or provide a quote for a replacement boiler. The boiler was replaced using another company but the cost of the original 'repair' was deducted by the insurance company. We understood that the insurance company would pay the original repair invoice direct to Klimowicz and were amazed to receive, several months later, threatening letters regarding payment. Their customer service is appalling, not listening to customers, not responding to requests for more information and lastly chasing money in an unnecessarily aggressive way.
