Colchester windows & doors makeover - complete contentment & great savings too Company Showcase - April 2018

I don't usually leave reviews but I feel Falcon deserve to receive my feedback. From start to finish I was very impressed. There was no pressure from the salesman who was professional and extremely knowledgeable about the products he was selling. The next day an email quote was received which was very competitive. After futher discussing options we went for full set of replacement double glazed windows and a new door. We were shown the window profiles, the manufacturer etc, everything you should know before making a purchase. Fitting was arranged quickly and the team sent were polite, considerate and even cleaned up everywhere as they went around fitting. Care was taken and quality of fitting is brilliant.
Basically I would not go anywhere else for windows/doors etc. I doubt you will find a better company in the county. I 100% recommend them and to find a genuine decent, reliable English company these days is not easy but Falcon Windows is one of them. Thank you.
Fantastic work, very happy with the windows and doors
We have just replaced 12 windows a front door , french doors and patio doors ourselves. All were supplied by Ipswich Trade Frames. They offered excellent high quality products and brilliant value, an extremely courteous service and limitless patience in answering our questions. I cannot recommend this company high enough, they really care about the customer.

Replacement double glazed units and new door handle.The work was done very efficiently in the time quoted.The workmen were punctual and very helpful.I was impressed and would hire again if I needed any more work doing.
Mister Misty - Great advice and top product. My replacement glass units instantly made a difference and as predicted the condensation inside disappeared and appeared on the outside of the window instead. The job was done on time on the day booked with no mess left at all. We look forward to the next installment of all our front windows and a back door.
Falcon windows replaced all our windows and back door, they done an excellent job from start to finish, I cannot praise them highly enough and would not hesitate to use them again, they were always courteous and on time and the workmanship was first class.

We have had all our windows and external doors replaced and they are about to install new guttering, facias, barge boards & soffits to the roofline of our property. Their workmanship has been of the highest order including the fitting of replacement windows in the roof of our kitchen which I had anticipated might present problems. Their team took this in their stride without any fuss. They were most courteous and punctual even returning on a Saturday to fit a window which was late arriving from the manufacturers.
All this work has been done during June/July and the weather has been very kind to us!!
I would have no hesitation in recommending Falcon to anyone and would be only too happy to be used as a site reference for them if they so wish. They were by no means the cheapest quote that we received but have proved to my wife and I that you most certainly DO get what you pay for in this life.
New conservatory and replacement windows. Workmanship good generally. Floor screed not quite level or possibly curled are edges. Two short lengths of wiring exposed above finished floor level rather than concealed in screed. Fairly easily concealed. The company management and installers were very polite, helpful and punctual. A couple of minor snags were attended promptly and without quibble. Installers protected and cleaned up after reasonably well. The work was carried out in March/April 2013.
The job was to replace existing guttering and fascias etc on our house. I can only say a big thank you to the "roofline team" for a job well done, the work being carried out in extremely cold conditions.The scaffolders were determined to carry on even in a blizzard! Everybody were polite and punctual, what more could you ask . I would happily recommend this company.
Replacement windows. Workmanship is of excellent quality. Both the sales staff and the workmen who did the work were courteous, punctual and friendly. The work was completed in March 2013. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.
