Although the initial service was good-Peter very amenable-the after care is VERY poor. We have had the fitters out on numerous occasions for dropped windows, a door that would not open but most of all, MOST concerning is my conservatory.. FIVE visits over TEN months and still leaking. I have given Peter &the company many opportunities to find a permanent fix but my calls and Emails are not returned. I am now on the process of involving trading standard, my solicitor and certass. For FIVE GRAND you don't expect to be able to shower when it rains in your conservatory. Not to mention the damage to decoration, rug and furniture. I am appalled in this day and age company's are reluctant to fit quality products with appropriate after care. My tip- go with a bigger or reliable company

Peter is wonderful. What a real treat to get a quote from the managing director himself! Very friendly, down to earth and honest. They fitted our conservatory 4 years ago and we are still over the moon with it. We are now getting the windows done throughout the whole house. The quote is a non-nonsense, salesman-commission-free price that won’t be beaten unless you haggle very hard. Peter gives the best price without having to haggle and is cheapest by far (our quote was £1600 cheaper than the other local companies we had round for quotes)! The quality of the workmanship is second to none, the fitters were amazing with the conservatory and we look forward to the same experience again - something we are certain of. I can not recommend The Window Store highly enough!
