A one week install in June2014 took five months before it was completed and we are still having problems in October 2015, the worst Contractors I have had the mis-fortune of using. They flooded the kitchen on the first day while dismantling the old kitchen, did not always turn up when they said they intended to, they had measured up incorrectly and had to "bodge" the main draws under the hob. They broke one draw and two doors and had to get replacements made and had three attempts at fitting the washing machine into the housing which they never got right, I had to bring an independent Contractor in to rectify. I could go on further but it all gets very boring, I can only suggest you consider another supplier.
