Disgusting service and a very poor job completed. This company replaced our windows and doors and the job was completed to a very poor standard. After complaining, the company returned to rectify the work but the standard was not improved. After many emails and over 6 weeks we finally received a compensation offer from the company only to be threatened 3 days later with debt collectors if we did not pay within 5 working days. We had no contract, no terms of conditions and no customer service from this company. I am amazed this company is still trading.
