DO NOT waste your money with this company or any other company related to this company. This is a very short version of our experience- The old conservatory was taken down before they decided the new one was to big to go up in a day and they did not have enough contractors (even though we were assured they only used their own staff-they omitted to tell the contractors not to mention they were contractors to the customer) on site. They did eventually days later return. The roof sold as a self clean roof does anything but and is fitted at the wrong pitch - this was only realised weeks later when it was not self cleaning. Eventually they agreed to clean the roof yearly. We now have fascia strips coming off. Called then to re attach the strips and to clean the roof and after 3 unreturned calls I eventually spoke to the owner who informed me company has supposedly gone into liquidation and is now a different company doing the same thing under a slightly different name with the same namesake bosses.
