Unable to rate as zero stars but would if I could. Appointment booked for 3pm and no sign of anyone at 4pm. I called and was told Mr Nicholls was delayed and on his way. Still no sign of anyone at 4.30pm so I called again and this time spoke to Mr Nicholls. He had been delayed and told me he would be with me in 10 minutes. At 4.55pm he still hadn't shown so I called him again and told him not to bother to visit because I had to leave for a meeting. He seemed annoyed by by this and told me the traffic was heavy. I told him that I completely understood that delays happen, but I couldn't accept poor service and the fact that he couldn't be bothered to call me and keep me informed. He then became angry and abusive. I highly recommend you avoid this company. The only positive - I found out what this guy is like before making the mistake of giving him a job!!
