Mr Keith Woolley is no better than a Con Man To put in brief , contacted Alu Architectural to be put on to the company director Mr Keith Woolley, came out and visited our job to fit new bi folding doors. We were sold Origin Easifold door system agreed a price, we made payments on his terms, then doors were fitted. Once left with the doors fitted we find out they are not Origin But a make with half the guarantee and an inferior product. Not only this but fixings left out and incorrectly fitted. After extensive emails and phone call getting no where, we end up at County Court and win our case for a refund and him to collect doors. In Court him admitted he has NO INSURANCE for the work he does and NO Qualification's which he states on his website. We have given him plenty of time to repay us 2 months after the CCJ Against him, Now he doesn't answer calls or emails and has been evicted from his 'trading' address. MR KEITH WOOLLEY IS NO MORE THAN JUST A CON MAN

Mr Baldwin was right. Since 3 june I have been unable to contact the company and Keith Woolley has changed his mobile number and failed to give it to me despite saying he would. I have paid in full for the door and it was due to be fitted on 13 June , this was confirmed in email on 3 June but since then I cannot contact anybody from Alu Architectural. Alu Architectural have my money, they are not answering my calls or replying to emails and I have no option but now to seek recovery of my money through the court. This is not a threat this is simply the only means left open to me given that Alu Architectural have chosen to ignore and avoid me.

Three Aluminium Bi Fold Doors and two windows in a new extension. After lots of quotations they came out the cheapest, the Origin doors are of very good quality...... Thats where the good points end. Firstly the fitters came out to fit my doors on the appointed date. I was greeted by the owner and his son at midday travelling from Birmingham (4hr drive) Why they did not leave early i dont know. At the end of the day they travelled all the way home. Due to this they arrived late the next day. Again they travelled home on the friday saying they would be back monday. On Monday i recieved a phone call saying the owner(Fitter) had hurt his back and was unable to drive. When i asked if his other fitters could come down he said there are no other fitters. Even though it states on the web site and when he priced he had fitters. When asked if he could contract someone he told me the guarentee would be void and he would make no money. I paid for these doors in full before fitting took place, so by now they had my money. Due to this i had a great battle and three weeks with my doors and windows not being completed. This put my whole build back causing frustration to me and my builder. When the windows were fitted the sills was not made long enough to allow for the cladding which they knew about. They cut up some fascia board and made one. I was told the fault was mine and not theirs. I have since had to have some made at my own cost and time to get the building signed off by building inspector. Four months after the installation was finally complete one of my doors dropped causing air gaps and making the door hard to close and lock. I rang them telling them of the fault. I was told that they would get a date in a couple of days. It has been 10 days and still nothing. From start to date i have had nothing but trouble.
