I had 3 quotes before I found the wonderful Sue, professional, knowledgeable and down to earth, I ordered double patio sliders for my garage which has now become a sunroom and a front door, she even went the extra mile and found solid sound fitters, there was a slight issue, however, Sue took it upon herself to find a fix, and now it’s all done, so so pleased with everything. The price quoted was fantastic after receiving double the price quoted from others. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the service this company has given me. A very satisfied client, 5* 10/10. On a personal note, Sue has given outstanding customer service, more companies could learn a lot from this fantastic Lady. Thank you.

Unfortunately like most of the reviews, I would stay clear of this company. We ordered an arched window and so far it has been 19 weeks and still no sign of it. The unhelpful office staff just ignore emails, don’t call you back or say ‘when I hear something I will let you know’. They are not even willing to chase their frame providers and expect you to accept that they will turn up, when they turn up!

Do not use this company, absolutely disgusting service and lack of customer service. Fitter recommend by them is the rudest abnoxious, unhelpful man I have ever met. AVOID AT ALL COSTS ROUNDBRAND RESPONSE: Roundbrand Ltd are a supply only company. We do not offer a installation service nor do we endorse sub contractors.

Very poor after care, enquired about a faded black composite door, waited 3 months for a reply only to be told they only give a 12 month guarantee on colour of doors, totally unacceptable service and worthless guarantee, will never buy from again

As an older person I found these ladies very patient and understanding. They even found me a fitter because I don't know one. I like my windows thank you

I bought an old house that badly needed some large windows. I had a couple of other quotes but Roundbrand Ltd were nearly half the price so as you can imagine I was sceptical. WELL DONE ROUNDBRAND. You far exceeded my expectations and I am very happy.

Having brought 2 Bay windows several months ago I fitted them at the weekend I had 19 pieces if glass out of 20 so 1 piece missing went back to worksop today they tell me they would of skipped it! It would clearly be labeled and number out of 20 why would they not phone me to check I can order and pay for a new piece with a 3 week wait! I paid for the windows and glass it has cost me £65 for the piece of glass elsewhere. Have spent 5 k with this company in past year will be finishing project with another supplier. The glass was mine I paid for it

Absolutely rubbish first all the chrome dropped off all the handles so they send some more then they did the same some of the trims didn't fit properly and general poorly put together would never use them again.

I am a returning customer to Round Brand after being supplied with ten sets of windows and doors in 2019 which to be fair were ok with no issues but they were white and not sliding doors!! So in 2021 I ordered a much bigger consignment of doors and windows this time in grey and what an absolute nightmare of a journey I have embarked upon....firstly on the day I placed the order and paid my £2k deposit I received a call the same day stating that there had been a mistake and the quote needed to be increased by over £1500 as the three sets of sliding doors had been quoted "Unglazed" really I should have known then and walked away but as above returning customer and mistakes do happen.....I paid up!! (Wrong!!) so the days the doors and windows arrived my two fitters who together had over 70 years experience of window fitting said you better come and have a look at these.. Two Bottom Door Panels completley de-laminated!! The French Doors had a bottom door seal torn off at one end!! The sliding doors x 3 were al for the same terrace area but only two had a fluch aluminium threshold the other never and had a sill instead!! The Sliding doors all had very sharp and proud welds on every profile joint!! The Slidin doors locking mechanisms locked into plates held into plastic with 1/2" self tapping screws!! The Sliding door frames had No Steel or Aluminium and were actually constructed of plastic leaving them so flimsy and actually not fit for purpose due to the lack of structural integrity!! So I made a complaint and got a site visit from an engineer/expert who to my surprise agreed with all of my findings ad never actually defended any of the product and quality issues I raised, he took the door panels and went off to write up his report, weeks later I received an e/mail stating that the doors were of a satisfactory standard and that Round Brand had no case to answer!! I am still waiting for these three sets of doors to be re-worked or at least collected to be inspected but so far I am hearing absolutley nothing from RoundBrand, I have even resorted to writing directly to the Directors of the business but still no joy........if your thinking of buying windows or doors from this firm please think again, its even been painful for me to rate them 1 star as I would have rather have entered a minus star figure Photos and images to follow.... Absolutely awful . Avoid at all costs. Roundbrand Rotherham passed our details onto fitters who were incompetent. Windows were measured incorrectly and the fitters tried to make them fit. Total bodge. No one took responsibility and we were left to foot the bill ourselves for replacing them. Communication with Rotherham & Doncaster branch was equally bad. Would give no stars if it were possible.

Very happy with the windows and doors purchased from Roundbrand Doncaster. The price was competitive and the service we received was great.

DONCASTER BRANCH, Truly appalling customer service, after dealing with the female sales staff here, I felt I had entered a timewarp, abrupt, snappy, rude, customer skills non-existent. If doncaster staff do NOT like dealing with the public, then clearly they are in the wrong jobs. Absolutely awful customer service. Doncaster's true rating should be minus 5 stars, thanks to these individuals. Future customers deal with Rotherham Branch they are completely the opposite.
