WARNING. Do not use these people to do work on your property. We spent £8,500 to get the front and rear of the property done, and it is a joke. The guy who is supposed to be in charge of this appeared to listen to what we wanted doing, and then did something completely different. They could not measure the distance between two concrete posts so that a 6' plinth would fit between them, and then he gave us the excuse that it was because we didn't buy the plinth from him. They also could not lay a concrete base for a shed to the right dimensions, even though they had the dimension sheet sent from the makers, and they cut through my Sky cable while laying 'foundations' for the front. Stones were raised, which made them dangerous, and the waterway at the rear, and tree surrounds at the front look as though they were done by a five year old. The 'pond liner' used in the water channel turned out to be damp course membrane, and we were told that the electrician, who was supposed to wire in the waterfall in the rockery, that was never built, would not work for as as we were 'rude' to him, even though we never saw him. The garden is so bad that we cannot use it, and when we went to solicitors to try to get this sorted, the proprietor, Mr Talbot, supposedly wound the company up by resigning directorship to avoid this, but we still see Pride vans driving around in town.
