Wanted to solve the problem of a lot of water leaking onto the floor after a shower. Called this company to ask for a solution. They suggested an expensive, unnecessary solution that's left me with the same problem. Called them back, they weren't as polite- not able to give me a date and implied I tampered with their work and they couldn't suggest a solution. My friend suggested something which they agreed to- whose the expert?! I won't be going back to them. Disappointed, paying for something unnecessarily and wouldn't recommend this company or even call them in desperation. However their materials are nice.
