Don't Pay These People Cash if you want a receipt, I paid cash and asked numerous times for a receipt and received every excuse imaginable but no receipt, luckily I have still shots of these people doing the work on my drive from CCTV so if there's any problems , they can't deny having done the job, and I will go to trading standards and HMRC

They cancelled my project twice. Had to chase them up when no one turned up to start the work. Glad I did not pay a deposit. Poor communication and was told they could do the job in January 2022. I had booked them in July. I have lost my trust in them and will not be doing any work with them in the future. It may be that they took too much jobs on or had me as a back up and got greedy? God knows.

It all started ok and the drive was progressing well, it all went wrong when they got to the side of the house which I asked them to relay some old bricks which he said he was happy to do. It got started and then I the usual excuse of that they needed to start another job or they would lose it but promised to complete my work by the end of that month. It has been over 2 months now and still not completed and rubbish that they promised that they would move is still there. I am disappointed that he has reply to phone calls and text promising to remove the rubbish but still it sits there, I have given up with them completing the work and looking else where. All I can say do not pay them until all the work is done 100% as now I am paying for it.

I had BBP to block pave and provide off road parking at my house recently. I found them to be honest, hardworking, reliable and professional. The whole job was started and finished on time. And the end result was fabulous, I would recommend them to anyone.

I originally had my back patio area paved by B.B.P the beginning of last Year and was very pleased with the job done. I've recently had them back to extend my paved area for a hot tub and they have done a fantastic Job if matching it up. Would definitely recommend

Had my drive done with BBP and I wouldn't hesitate to have the company again. I found the workmen both polite and courteous , the job was very good and completed on time. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I am very happy with the work done .

Received quote fromBBP and given start date of Mon 2nd Sept 2013. On Sat 31 Aug l was woken at 7.30 by loud voices and a digger in front garden, no prior notice to say they were coming and l had been out the night before. For 1st week all went well although l had to leave power supply through window for them every morning, make endless cuppas. 2nd week some days were raining again no notification to say if they were coming or not, and l had to constantly chase them. Four weeks later job still not finished l found out that they had all had to start work on another (larger) job cos customer threatened to cancel. My drive still not finished and they were paid in full at the end of Sept, despite promises to 'get it sorted' every time l phoned. I can only liken it to buying a dress with no hem - rough round the edges, these guys either have no pride in their work or just dont care. Yes l got a discount for paying cash-which l am sure the tax man will be very interested in, as for the 10 year guarantee? I couldn't even get them to come back within 10 days to finish what they were paid for. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Gave me a quote and would start in three weeks, over the phone he put this to a month. The day quoted came and I had no contact from this firm until I contacted them.When I cancelled the project he rang off with verbal abuse.

Beighton block paving completed 'Y' shape drive April 2008. 10 year guarantee. Pleased with initial finish. September 2008 contacted BBP as minor sinkage and told to wait while summer, from May 2009 monthly contact resulting in constantly broken promises. Drive further deteriorated when edging broke away. Was quoted £180 to shore edge which should have been properly to start with. Further failed promises, he did view the drive, but has done nothing further. Fixed edging at ourselves. Was told not to pester him (in the pub!). Threatened county court action, letters sent no responce. Now 2012 and there is sickage over the entire drive. 10 year guarantee......
