We recently purchased a new house and the survey said it required a new roof. We also wanted to build and roof a garage one also do repairs to the house we were selling. Due to bats in the roof and other site issues Mike had to work around a lot of constraints. Mike's quote was in the middle of the five quotes we got and almost exactly the same cost as the surveyors estimate. He delivered on time and to budget and was great to work with. I can not recommend anyone higher and fully deserves five stars.
