Very poor service . We had a new a door fitted and needed a window repaired that was fitted by lancelot but was under guarantee. A few years previous to that the bracket had broken on the window and when they came back the owner said that this type of window shouldn't have been fitted and replaced the whole window. We had to call them back because the new door had dropped and couldn't open the window. They had a look at the window and said they would have to get a new bracket. . Heard nothing for weeks then they turned up unannounced on two separate occasions to have another look to see what type of bracket they needed to get. Two months had passed and all we got when we phoned from the drippy girl on the phone was we are looking into it or I thought it had been done.They turned up on the fourth occasion took the window out and had the wrong parts so ended up taking the window back to there showroom to get it fixed. Very poor aftercare service they did fix the door and that was due to not doing up the screws . WE also had another window that was fitted by them in the past in the downstairs toilet and they had put the glass round the wrong way round the textured side was facing outwards on the inside of the window. Just couldn't be bothered to mention it to them as it was such a hassle getting them to do a simple repair.just be warned they are quick enough to want your business but if you have a problem afterwards they don't want to know.
