We have had a number of windows and doors fiited by Evans windows. Our initial contact was with Neil Mumford, their salesman in Craven Arms, who is a real asset to the firm. The products fitted are excellent. We have had very little need for after-sales support, but, on the few occasions an after-sales visit has been necessary, someone came out within days and sorted the little problem out efficiently. I would encourage anyone in the Powys and Shropshire areas to choose this local firm if they need replacement windows

We spent over £16000 with this company and had no problems with the goods or persons UNTIL the warranty ran out. Just prior to this ,a glazing panel misted up,this was changed,a little reluctantly 3 day before the waranty expired. The frame leaked and I was told that because the warranty had expired on the whole roof, there was no warranty on the repair. I was told rather rudely that I would have to pass on all my BANK Details before any repair was attempted, this despite having been a very good customer (I thought!) and that a call out fee of £150 plus £50 /hour would be charged. I think that this is excessive especially as the repair was unsatisfactory.
