Avoid this company. The aftersales service is appalling and Steve the owner is unprofessional and rude. The product is shoddy. We had an expensive kitchen fitted in 2016 by 2020 (lockdown) the cabinets were delaminating. We were told they only had a warranty of 3 years so hard luck. We were also blamed for using the product wrongly - heat of the oven and dishwasher. The design and installation was Sherwoods! We had to pay for new door and drawer fronts their only concession was not to charge for the simple and quick fitting. Recently we had to replace floor tiles and discovered the underfloor heating was not the product we paid them to supply and fit but a much inferior version. Steve's response was "Im not getting involved. I won't entertain a complaint after 8 years". Only buy a Sherwoods kitchen if you are planning to replace it again within 5 years!

We had new doors on the kitchen units and our ancient malfunctioning gas hob replaced, and are delighted with the results. It is particularly gratifying to have a working hob after being told by two separate gas fitters that the work couldn't be done without breaking up the existing granite top! Steve, Simon and Andy had a very can-do approach throughout, and the result is a kitchen that looks like new for a fraction of the cost that we had anticipated originally. Jannine was a pleasure to deal with in the office, too. So, a very warm recommendation.

We have Just had new granite worktops fitted in our kitchen. Steve who quoted for the job and Andy who did the fitting were both very professional. I would recommend them.

This is my second kitchen from the sherwood team,first one perfect,but latest one took quite a while to get sorted and made me very cross,however all is well now and a nice kitchen resulted,I am happy to recommend Steve and his boys to anyone who wants a great kitchen
