Do not use Richard Birch from Darcy & Demi Ltd as this man is a con artist who fraudulently took £450.00 from me for work he did not do ! i posted my job on Ratetpeople .com , which was to repoint the gable end of my house and replace the rotten wood with pvc and to put some cement in 3 ridge tiles, after 2 hours he said he had finished and stupidly i trusted him and paid him, only to find that he had not done any of the repointing at all, all he had done was to screw some plc into my rotten wood and put a bit of cement around 3 ridge tiles! on contacting him on his mobile he was rude and abusive to myself and my neighbour and refused to come back to complete the work! I have reported him to the police at action fraud who are looking into this matter! Since then i have found that the business card he gave me, the address, office tel no and e-mail address are all invalid and don't exist, he also has 2 other addresses from the Taunton one he gave me, in Chipping Norton and Oxford, which I'm sure are also false. I am writing this review so no one else gets ripped off by him like i have , and also now i have to pay another builder £300.00 to come and do the work that i apid him for... DO NOT USE THIS MAN . ( I WANTED TO GIVE HIM NO STARS BUT THE SITE WONT LET ME )
