Arrogant staff at palmers offering an overpriced bathroom and messing up the flooring tiles.The floor in old bathroom was flat without bumps and waves.New bathroom installed was bumpy.it was reported and the offer was they would lay a new floor but we would have to pay again .We got a bill for 120.00 for a few tiles to be installed.The installers were great and are doing it at no charge but palmers bathrooms add insult to injury.In charging us a few quid for an over priced bathroom I hope they lose business.I should have read reviews before I purchased
we had excellent help with planning . the design and we had excellent support all through the fitting. I would recommend PALMERS to ENYBODY. I was recommended Palmers by my cleaning lady who had previously had a bathroom from them and was very pleased with the results
Quite appalling after service overall following installation of new bathroom/ Initial leakage, followed by failures of fitted digital pumps. Forced to contact manufacturer's directly to rectify faulty pump units. Would not recommend this company for its lack of after sales service or customer care.
