what a great set of staff from the office staff all ways polite and Curtis and very hard working gang builders. its the second one they have built for me and both are first class the conservatory this one had a solid roof tiles .Laz was all ways on top of the job and went the extra mile. I will allways have them for any work I need doing

If I could mark this company down as a zero star, I would. After having Richard call out to measure up for two doors and 4 windows; two of which were small sash windows, we waited over a week for a quotation. We chased this up twice and one one occasion were laughably informed that the delay was due to a small arched window above a door and then that the suppliers system had gone down. At no point were we rude, I believe that companies should be honest, definitely missing that here and always update people, again missing here. When we did receive the quotation, we were quoted £12500 for the work. Absolutely flabbergasted by this, it was between £6000 and £7700 more expensive that other quotations that we had received and for one composite door less, replaced by a uPVC one. We are currently renovating out home, so we asked for a breakdown of the prices and a comparison for different windows. This is the reply: Good afternoon We do not offer a supply only price, therefore, all of our prices include fitting and VAT. I have spoken to Richard and at this stage he does not wish to submit further paperwork as having discussed this with his partners they are not prepared to undertake the work. Kind regards Elaine We did not request supply only, we wanted the company to supply a breakdown of the cost. I would never recommend this company. If Richard, one of the directors had been honest with me and said that he didn’t want to undertake the work, that would have been okay. But to lie, mislead and send aggressive emails like the above is very poor business. We may have felt that our time had been wasted, but would have appreciated the honesty instead of lies and a ridiculous quotation, which was plucked from the sky. This is not how you do business. Stay well clear and go elsewhere. They really should be throughly ashamed of themselves!
