We contracted J Wright Roofing to install a new roof on our new build. It has leaked continuously since the installation was completed. It has caused damage to the internal decor and floor coverings. The owner Jason Wright does not take calls from customers who have a problem with the poor workmanship of the company and Mark, the manager does not return calls or turn up for meetings to view the damage. We feel very deceived and we are extremely worried that we are facing another winter with a roof that leak into 4 rooms. Contractor's Reply We carried out works for a main Contractor on this clients new build property for Mr & Mrs Scott. The builder had disputes with the clients from day one and is still owed monies. Mr & Mrs Scott had one leak from the new roof which we rectified but still she puts malicious reviews on and when I challenged her she agreed to remove which was over 5 years ago now!? Yet it has not been removed??
