I have had four windows replaced by T&K, and they have made a positive difference to the warmth and sound in the house. The service was efficient and installation competent. The only fault (incorrect sealant inside one window) was rectified quickly.

We have had our T&K windows for 2 years now and are very pleased with their quality. They were fitted on time as agreed with the minimum of fuss and very little mess. They do the job for which they are designed and we have had no trouble with them. They are very secure and automatically lock when closed properly. We were also pleased with the cost and think them very good value for money. All in all we are very happy with them.

Fitters not great. After sales is appalling. Communication within the business and with the customer is nonexistent. Number of complaints is too long to list. Cannot recommend this company.

I have used T and K Home Improvements a few times now over the years. First was for new windows and doors on our house. Then we got our gutters and facia replaced on our house and finally we got a couple of new UPVC windows replaced at our shop/office. Every time the process from start to finish was faultless. Great communication, really good prices, great quality products and workmanship. These guys are genuinely a superb company with a great reputation that they work hard to maintain every time. Highly recommended

Worked for this Company many years ago, how things have changed, made an appointment over the phone straight away I find out that the young lady Lulu gives me wrong info regarding the 50 % discount, first appointment made, on the day I get contact telling me the Rep cannot make it. New appointment made and yet again same day cancelled and reappointed yet again, eventually Jordan arrives who tells me he only works 3 days of the week. Having received my price via three different types of discounts, I was left with the price and told I would be contacted within 24 hours, this did not happen ! So I ring the office three days later Jason gives me a breakdown with regards to why appointments have been cancelled salesmen leaving etc My conclusion is if you are only after one or two windows forget it. They simply are not interestedz

T&K from the start (consultation to measurement to installation to completion) was a great service. And I’m delighted I used them and would highly recommend. So much so; I have had another consultation with Mike (senior Designer) who originally assisted me with my doors and windows. I love my windows and doors that now I want the roofline to complete the look of my house. Again Mike was thoroughly helpful and advised to the best of his knowledge, great service; yet again. Dave and Richard were my window fitters from T&K - As soon as they walked in personally I’d never seen such immaculate thought they put into coming into my house! Dave and Richard were probably the best workmen I’ve had; polite, trusting, quick working put no pressure on me and they didn’t wait around chatting like most do. The noise level is absolutely amazing. My neighbours have all commentated about how lovely my windows and door is, so I’m well chuffed with myself and highly recommend this great firm T&K. 👏.

six years ago I dealt with this company and they were excellent from start to finish . As a result of my experience I naturally went back to them to have two windows fitted to the front of my property. How I wished I had not done that . The rep came out he was very nice and gave us a price which we accepted and he said he would return on the following Wednesday to collect a deposit of a quarter of the costings and bring with him a contract for me to sign. On that day he was ill so his manager came gave us the contact I paid the deposit and from my home he contacted his office and arranged the survey . Following the survey on the Thursday we went to the showroom and spoke to the rep who confirmed it was possible to be done and we looked at a window there which he said would be like the ones we would be having. Later we were given a date when the windows would be fitted . We heard no more from the company and for two weeks I rang the reps number and the office leaving messages but had NO reply The contract was signed on the 14th February but on the 4th April 7 weeks later ! I received a letter from the rep asking for a further 2 thousand as there had been a system error I did manage to contact him this time and he came to my home and said he would speak to his manager . On the 11the April the manager rang and said the contract that I had signed stated that following a survey the prices could be changed and Ii should have read this I pointed out to him that as a manager he should have advised of any changes to the original costs . Reading the contact it does not say anything to do with changes to costings ! He said he would speak to the company director and come back to me . On the 21st April I RANG HIM only to be told that the company could not supply and fit the windows at the original cost and wanted the extra two thousand or he would give give us our money back I asked for the directors phone number which he said he did not have ! I also asked for the date when the survey had sent through the new prices he also said he did not have that information despite me advising him it would be on his computer. All in all this has taken them 8 weeks to advise us plus having to chase and ring them I would never use this company again mainly due to poor communication skills such a shame when a good company has changed so dramatically .

They damaged top panel on patio doors on fitting in Oct. Stated will come back within a week with a replacement. They still have not. After chasing and being told will call back they didn’t. They have finally said they do not know why no one called but have so far booked two visits. Mid November then again 08/12. On both occasions no one came or even called. On first non visit when I finally got through to the office via sales team as all other lines will be busy! all I got was ‘oh didn’t realise they not been’ .Even on the 08/12 so called visit they said they will guaranteed me a call if any issue with the fitting on the day. No fitting no call again. When you call the office you will just someone will call you back. They will not. If you want a company who will get you a salesman visit immediately then poor fitting with total lack of customer care please choose T&K. They were to be a good company some years back but don’t waste your money and time with them. There can not be many who used they a second time

Refusing to answer my emails not calling me back, we have had a survey done and a front porch built by T&K that is coming away from the house. The report said insufficient groundworks was the cause. The report was sent to T&K three weeks ago. Despite me chasing they are not getting back to me

Whats good? 1. nice salesman, really nice fitters,punctual and polite. Whats bad? when fitting the large window to the house it was discovered that the central frame was 15 mm narrower at the bottom and the glass would not fit, glass panel in bathroom cracked, when fitting the new front door and porch it was discovered that the frame to the side of the door was made 100mm too wide,it was then discovered that the glazing unit to the side of the porch had been made with a piece of chocolate wrapper sealed inbetween the glass. So two new frames and two new glazing units were ordered and I was told that the job would be finished on Saturday afternoon. Had a phone call at 8am this morning (Saturday 27/2/2016) telling me that the van had been involved in an accident and written off and the job would completed Sunday morning. All this info was from the fitter himself not one word from the company management. Obviously we are not happy and are still awaiting an outcome. Draw your own conclusions.

I've had a complete replacement of all the windows & doors at my property. As a direct result of this I now find that the house retains the heat much better. I'm very pleased with the standard of the workmanship, the fitting team arrived on time & were very polite. They were very tidy & exceeded my expectations in this regard. The company were very accommodating with the scheduling of the installation to fit in with my work commitments. Installation took place in December 2014.

We had solar panels fitted by T&K The workmen arrived on time and were quick, polite and left no mess. We would have no hesitation in recommending this company. Since the work was completed in November 2014 the panels have worked well despite a lack of sun!

We are absolutely thrilled with our T&K loggia style conservatory. The work was started and completed in the month of October 2014. The result is a beautiful room, extending into the garden, to be used all year round. We were given a schedule of works prior to commencement of the project and this was adhered to throughout. The standard of workmanship is excellent, the workmen punctual and a pleasure to have around. Indeed we had a retired builder doing some landscaping work at the same time and he had commented to a third party how impressed he was with the quality of the build. We would not hesitate to recommend T&K to friends.

T & K were impressively professional throughout, from discussing the value of solar panels whilst re roofing the house, overseeing the installation (even in weeks of icy weather), to putting me into contact with the certificated expert when I needed information as I was selling the house. My new roof has been much admired, and I have recommended T & K to anyone who asked!
