It did not begin well with the workmen damaging window sills with their tools But this was sorted quickly and TWS paid for the repainting once they had finished BEWARE you cannot speak to TWS directly and have to hope the message left with a call centre gets a response- thats how they avoid discussing your problems !!! They are very money minded with all workmen asking for a payment before they start work You CANNOT PAY by credit card so again no way to claim your money back if there is a problem! The LEAKS began when it rained !! Small at first - see photo 1 then pouring in - video 1 It took 2 weeks to organise their surveyors visit - then cancelled as he was “ill” Complaining and saying we would leave them a negative review resulted in an instant nasty call from Tony the co owner But it did get their electrician out to disconnect the ceiling spotlights where water was coming through! A week later the surveyor appeared and when asked if he was well now as he was unwell and could not come earlier, he looked surprised saying he’d not been unwell and was now the firms only Surveyor as the other had left as had other office staff leaving only one in the office! The outcome of his visit was to confirm our own roofers report that the TWS workman had not properly sealed the new conservatory roof to the house roof thus allowing water inside The Surveyor would report this to Tony and said it was acceptable for us to get our roofer to immediately do the job properly and TWS would reimburse us the cost We understand this was because as the boss had informed us earlier they had over 240 , YES over 240 !! service call’s outstanding!! So our roofer did the job and we sent TWS his invoice after paying him We spent 1/2 hours each day for a week repairing the damaged paintwork inside - see photo 1 and trying, unsuccessfully ,to get the stain off the carpet inside - see photo 3 7 .5 weeks later we are still waiting for TWS to reimburse us after agreeing to pay. 3 different excuses to date before we gave them the first “please pay by date” last month Illness in the owners family is the reason we have been patient but we have the same situation and TWS are aware of this and the the stress they are causing us With so many excuses and two deadlines passing we are going to make a claim in Court against TWS for 1.Getting the leaks repaired 2.and 3. Claiming for redecoration and carpet cleaning or replacement. We were initially happy to cover this ourselves if they paid us in a reasonable time which they have not We will update this Review when we have more news or if they pay us

I have had the pleasure of using TWS for over 10 years , i can honestly say that the service from end to end has been fantastic. The sales people, fitters and surveyors have always been a credit to the business . I've never had any complaints about anything they have done for me and the prices have been competitive every time. Ive market tested every time and always come back to TWS for the service and quality. Its testament to the business that the same fitters have returned over the 10 years and still respect and remember my family and home.
