The frames are manufactured in Germany But the windows are made in the UK which is ok But as we repeatedly asked for A Rated ones we have recently discovered that they supplied B Rated .Which isn't what we asked for.The door furniture finish has worn away and we have repeatedly left messages for them to get back in touch,these have been ignored in most cases and when we do speak to them we are FOBBED off all the time. My advice is to BE VERY careful you will probably have better luck winning the lottery than getting NOVUS windows to pay you a visit.!!!!!
