Avoid. Extremely unhelpful and dismissive. My “10 year guarantee “ turned out to be worthless with VEKA despite providing proof of purchase, photos of the patio doors and emails dating back to 2014 from the insolvent installer. VEKA rely avoid their obligations under the guarantee by unreasonably demanding documentation that isn’t always provided by the installer and cannot be obtained after the installer has gone into Administration. Warning,, VEKA do everything possible to avoid their obligations under the guarantee even when there are reasonable explanations for not being able to produce some of the standard paperwork ( which they already hold from other claimants).
This is a shocking company, they act as guarantors for installers until it comes to actually holding up their end of the deal. This company owes me £3738 and are now ignoring my emails after agreeing to refund me. It has now been 4 months since I first contacted when the fascia and soffit fell off my roof, firstly they accused me of lying until I provided photographic proof, then they said the damage was caused by the installation of a new roof when I have had the same roof for years, they then sent out an assessor who advised that they material fitted was not in fact fascia and soffit but cladding used for another purpose altogether which VEKA acknowledged . At this point they agreed to refund me in total. I AM STILL WAITING .
We decided to go with a Network Assured installer, from the recommended list on the Network Veka site.
The installer walked offsite leaving us with a bunch of window, so we found a local installer to install who was not part of Network Veka.
Th reason the chap walked off site was due to pulling his work, as he was not providing a thermal break to the perimeter of the window and was not seating the window far enough back within the opening to allow the frame to seat up to the surrounding brickwork. I had referred to glazing installation guidance which installers are all supposed to follow, where I was informed he has never installed windows to the standards to which I referred.
This of course suggests to me that the Network Assured standard does not have any value. It is simply a way of comforting people, where the majority of people will allow an installation to go on where they have limited knowledge, expecting standards to be followed... which clearly in my case they were not.
Decide for yourself whether you wish to trust someone written on a list with no real control....
Numerous emails have also gone unanswered from the Network Veka rep, therefore I am not yet aware of whether the Network Assured company is still on their listings or not.
Contacted local agent to get quote for repair to exisitng doors and new handles.
Had to chase several times before obtaining a quote. Accepted quote and then had to chase to try and get date for visit. In the end gave up and have not heard from them since.
Installation of new uPVC windows
The windows supplied were wholly unacceptable and subject to a VEKA report. The windows remain wholly unacceptable.
The installation of the windows was wholly unacceptable and subject to a VEKA and Network Merlin report. It remains wholly unacceptable.
The installer Taylor Joinery Services, was not authorised to instal VEKA windows. They were punctual. The company owner, Mr. Taylor was/is evasive on detail and defensive.

New Conservatory
Due to the rouge builders YHIC I had to rate this VEKA also very low.
The owner of the YHIC company that had the contract to fit conservatory is pathetic, arrogant and liar.
The work I was promised was completely different from the product I have been given.
This guy misleads you with lots of jargon's you cant even find on internet just like his company and their reviews.
I would not recommend anyone to this company even for a free quote.
He is so good and lure you to get work done from you and from there on he acts like a bully and threatens you even to take review out.
Still waiting for my conservatory to be completed even after 6 months since the day I had placed order and paid.
Not sure how I can get justice or for that matter even a response from this guy.
Complete replacement of doors and windows.workmanship very good workman clean and tidy did not have to clear up at the end of each day.Arrived on time every day and very polite.Got extremely wet due to rainfall on one of the days did not stop or complain. Work done 2 /5/14 for one week.
Initial installation of conservatory and other windows appeared fine however following an attempt to remedy a fault on a window by Classique Windows made the problem worse, a leak leading to internal damage. The company although admitting fault has consistently failed to remedy the problem and we have been left with a leaking window.
New front door.

Very courteous, and punctual.

Short message, couldn't help. Do not cover my area.
The workman were cowboys, they just wanted to do a quick job and getaway,They threshed me with payment and escorted me to the cash point. They still have not finished the job despite coming bace three times .I wish I had never set eyes on them ?I would like my money back and a decent firm to come and put right all the bad workmanship.

The firm I chose from your site was very good, prompt in all communications, and the work was done very well and on time. I would use that firm again in the future.
A quite complicated refit replacing old wooden bays.
No issues with the frame quality but some issiues with the initial quality of fitting. Excessive use of expanding foam to compensate for overly large gaps.
This was rectified at my insistence with the use of machine cut tanalised timber and fixings into frame and side walls. Ultimately satisfactory.
The isntallers were pleasant, punctual and courteous.
The work took place over a 2 week period in December 2013.
Sage Home Improvements were asked to adjust an Anglian door which has given constant trouble despite many visits from Anglian, whose customer service has been very poor and whose engineers have failed to cure the problem. Mr Sage visited promptly and made several adjustments which resulted in a great improvement. He explained exactly what he was doing and what he couldn't easily do because of poor initial installation. Mr Sage was punctual and courteous and I shall have no hesitation in employing him again. I rate his service and attitude as excellent. Should my Anglian door give more trouble I intend to ask Mr Sage to fit a new Network Veka door and I shall have no hesitation in using him for other work or in recommending him to friends. You may care to note that Network Veka was recommended to me by an Anglian engineer!!
Two large windows done in April. Workmanship and workers perfect - job done in one day and even hoovered up afterwards. Very satisfied.
Replacement windows, roofline and door
Generally to a good standard with 2 minor issues. 1. The fixing used to secure the windows appear excessive for the purpose and are left exposed and in sight when windows ajar. Smaller / countersunk screws could be an option or the heads covered with plastic covers (An option we did ourselves after the event . This could be made easier if ,when fitting ,the screws are central and not offset to create a flat register. One window had to be replaced when part of the PVC split due to the impact of fixing the screws. 2. didn't complete a full clean after removal of scaffold, something we were told would happen by the workmen undertaking the job. Overall this appears a very good product and good value for money. Excellent back up guarantee and paperwork provided to support this. Work completed early March 2013
Front windows (3) and front door
Workmanship very good
Very punctual and courteous

3 bedroom windows fitted early 2013, triple glazed. Good tidy fitting job by the workmen.
A few months later one window showed misting inside glazing but this was replaced quickly and efficiently.
I got triple glazing for noise reduction but I don't think it is very effective.
One window has dropped slightly and is catching when opening. This is probably due to the extra weight of the triple glazing.
