Avoid this company we had 4 fold bi-fold door supplied by them, the glass misted within 2 years, and the locked failed within 3 years. No assistance from the company, whatsoever, just additional cost to come and inspect the problem £250+VAT, and then £250+ VAT for both coming to take the problem piece away and another £250+VAT to replace the piece when fixed? Quoted material, locks, etc had 12 month warranty not the 10 years as quoted on the marketing material or website. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I suggest you avoid this company. We ordered 6 new windows, french doors and bi-folding doors. They missed deadlines, had to come 3 times as they had measurements wrong and had forgotten things. Like the doors. We had to be boarded up for a week as they removed our old French doors and then discovered they had nothing to put in its place. They damaged the wall bringing the windows in, left broken glass on the patio and their customer service is very poor. There is nothing I can recommend in our experience with them.
