All was good except the fit of the kitchen window. Cowens have been back twice to sort this out and we are now happy with it.

We were really impressed with the installation which I observed personally .The installation was completed much quicker than I expected with no problems.
The centre sealed unit is huge, there was a problem with the unit, but Cowens dealt with the situation, replacing the unit without any drama and never asking for any payment untill the instalation was finished to both mine and Cowens satisfaction. Third time I have used this company, would I recommend them, WITHOUT HESITATION.

Installation was very efficient. A very good product. When the back door started to catch on a hot day, it was readjusted the same day with no questions asked.
because of the difference in the width of the old wooden door frame and the new frame there was a gap about 50mm which needing filling. this was discussed with the fitters who made helpful suggestions and it was agreed that a board 110mm wide be fitted around the frame to cover the gap. This was done and we were very pleased with the result. everyone involved in ordering and fitting the door were very courteous and helpful. this is now the second exterior door fitted by Cowens and we can with confidence reccommend them.

in October 2014 Cowens' renewed all the double glazing in our bungalow. They caused minimal mess and damage, they cleared up and hovered every night when they finished, and they returned all the areas around the new windows to their previous condition. The fitters were punctual and courteous. The standard of the windows is very high - much better than "the big name" brands. They used Network Veka products - high class. We highly recommend their services and products.
