We had These people around 4 years ago. These guys did Finnish the job, however we were also promised a propper receipt and guarantee which he would come back with which they never did! Stupidly, I drew out cash to pay them which I will never do again. I rang a couple of times and my husband did and also emailed, but nothing back! The worst thing of all is that they left us unsafe. The flu which was supposed to be cemented in wasn't when my dad checked. They had wrapped insulation tape around!!! As a result, it doesn't draw the air out as it should. Hope the tax man catches up with him as I'm pretty sure he wouldn't have declared the £3500 pounds we gave him!! Don't ever use these people!

If I could have given 0 stars I would have. This company is not trust worthy , despite several emails and phone calls to come back and finish the job he had started he would not get in touch. The roofing association that he was in would not guarantee the work because although Accu-rite said the work was covered because he had not insured the job with them it was not covered. TAKE MY ADVISE AND DO NOT USE THIS ROOFER. I HAVE PAPERWORK AND PHOTOGRAPHS AS PROOF

It is now 4 months later from payment the remaining job still has not been completed as promised on numerous occasions. Although the work that was done was mostly done to a good standard from what I can see, there are concerns over a number of issues, and have not received what was promised or paid for. The "10 Year Guarantee" which was supposedly included, and a certificate handed to me by Jason Exton from Accurite displayed the CORC (Confederation of Roofing Contractors) logo on, but is not backed by them and is not an insurance backed guarantee. I was told by the CORC that Accurite should pay for these on a per job basis and this was not done. Thus I have a worthless Guarantee that has been mis-sold / misrepresented to me. I would urge anyone else who has been given a "10 Year Guarantee" to check the validity with the CORC, and you may also find it is not as purported to be. I gave Jason at Accurite Roofing numerous opportunities to rectify matters, which could be so easily resolved, but he failed to do so. My colleague has had the exact same difficulties, and I am aware of others in the Clitheroe area with similar issues. I am now forced to take matters further and get another company to rectify the issues and finish the job. Overall a very disappointing experience.
