All checked should check who’s on there site this company is in the papers for ripping people off gone voluntarily bankrupt I’m one of the customers you should delete this company who has now reopened under a different name before he takes any more money if you want evidence I’ve got a lot of evidence be I’ve me

Be really cautious with this company. They signed a contract with us in Jan 2017 for delivery at the end of April 2017. From mid-April to August we were promised delivery pretty much every Monday or Thursday “100% certain” by their managing director. A bunch of very suspicious excuses were used like ‘we subcontracted the job and don’t have the subcontractors details so you can’t ring them”, "the roof was made to the wrong size”, “the haulage company won’t deliver”, “ the joiner has fallen out with his business partner" etc. Communication was terrible, inconsisent and frankly utterly unbelievable. We’ve since been told that their sales tactics are to offer lower prices and take on more jobs than they can handle... and in our case they held our deposit for 7 months to bolster their cashflow. Please feel free to contact us with questions. Avoid this company at all costs!

Workmanship was excellent and am pleased with finished product. However guarantee seems to be worthless. Heavy rain caused a leak and after promises of a visit to check and repair nobody turned up. What a let down.Dissapointing!

My brother recommended this company and although we live near Cambridge everything went very smoothly. Good communication from their head office and everyone turned up when they said they would. We did have a stiff window handle but it was replaced within 48 hours. Orangery looks great.
