Enquired about a small job - leaking panel in conservatory roof. The company responded promptly.. A very nice gentleman called when agreed to provide a clear and reasonable quote. The same gentleman returned and undertook the repair with great care, was efficient and a very tidy and clean worker. Would definitely use this company again.

Having had an assessment for work to be carried out to rectify a draughty window that had substantial gaps on the inner frame. TWG carried out an inspection and assessed that replacing the window hinges would rectify the situation. Unfortunately on completion of the work. The hinge replacement along with packing out the window didn't fully rectify the situation. I was left to pay the full quoted amount for the assessed work even though the initial fault is still apparent after they have carried out the repair that TWG assessed would rectify the fault. I now have to have the work assessed by another firm, and the window correctly repaired. This will however mean paying for the new company's work as well as TWG's invoice for the repair that failed to rectify the existing fault.
