We paid for a window to be fitted in December 2012, after the fitters left we noted they had not left any keys for the window locks and contacted their office receiving a promise that the keys would be dropped into us the following day. despite repeated calls this still hasn't happened. 2 weeks after the fitting we noticed that on a windy day we were getting a considerable draught coming through the new frame, we reported this also and received a further promise that someone would visit us that same week. Since then we have had 3 promises of a call the following day, 1 promise of the manager calling us back and finally a promise of a workman calling to rectify the issue "within a week". Needless to say, over 6 months later and not one of these promises has been kept. Not a company to trust - with your money or your home!
