I employed this company based on what appeared to be a firm commitment to customers, 30+ yrs experience and accreditations to PCA and BWP. The works completed were totally unsatisfactory, and did not meet the terms of the agreement. Excessive salting has occurred, on two separate jobs. Both blamed on the bricks. I have had damp works previously and never been told it will take 36 weeks to dry, so have to wait 36 weeks before I can re-decorate, do skirting, wiring etc. Even after 36 weeks this might still not be completely dry, so offered two pack epoxy resin coating to seal damp in. This is a contradiction as it could fail to seal damp, blow plaster and back to square 1. Cant risk decorating just in case whole job is failed, in the meantime I just have to wait, wait and wait for months in a building site environment until it might dry suitably. Disgusting.
