Came to quote and promised to have the quote to me within a few days. Weeks later, chased three times by email and telephone, still no quote, and didn't even have the courtesy to respond to say the quote would be delayed - just a black hole. Total waste of my time. Best avoided.

I was really unhappy with the quality of the work and when I tried to challenge it he was extremely rude and even raised his voice to me in front of a small child. I paid for the work but not because I was happy with it but felt extremely intimidated by him. I would not recommend him under any circumstances. His behaviour was unnecessary and his work men left exposed wood on the roof structure unsealed and actually cut some of the roof bracing away leaving the roof corners unsafe.

5 star rating all round, clean ,tidy and work with the customer in mind nothing to much trouble and once start they stay to complete cant recommend enough, would use again, customer services are second to none

absolutely brilliant!!! - can't recommend enough.. they turned an attached shed into a bathroom and a dining room into a bedroom. they were polite and very very helpful through out the job.. it was so nice to have a builder who listened and worked with you, 5 stars is not enough!! look no further just phone them up and forget any worries they will do the job and you'll never regret that call.
