Same as the other review, they have no customer service. Log store arrived damaged, driver and myself took pictures and shared via email, no response after several methods of contact tried. Had to ‘fix’ ourselves. Then, when it came to building the log store, there were no building instructions, so tried calling (again) no answer obviously.
Following a house move an order was scheduled by The Garden Supplies Centre (T/A LOGSTORESONLINE) to our old address.
Over a period of several days it has proved to be impossible to contact the company by phone (as no one answers it), Paul’s answering service promised a ‘return call as soon as possible’ but no such call back has taken place.
Tried contacting by email and via the companies own website ‘Contact Us’ also without response.
The goods are scheduled for despatch tomorrow or sometime after so i await in hope that I will be contacted before the order is despatched to the wrong delivery address.
I’ll do a follow up to this review when the problem has been resolved.
