Do Not Touch with a Barge Poll! We've had 9 months of Bobbys 'spectacular service'. His word is of no value. Don't give him your credit/debit card details. We spent around 2 months trying to get a full delivery of parts ordered, promise after promise.... We had an unauthorised payment taken from our bank account, which did get repaid eventually. We've had money repaid into a bank account, to only have it taken back claiming 'it was fraudulent'. We've also had refunds on debit and credit cards that have not come through electronically. They are being investigated by Leicester Trading Standards. We were left with no sink for 6 months before a friend gave us and fitted a used sink unit.
Kitchen Nightmare
My kitchen was finally completed last week, 22nd November. From the first partial delivery on July 12th and despite numerous promises to deliver missing items, we gave up waiting in September and had to source and pay for missing items to get the kitchen finished. In all a total of 19 weeks. This experience has been a complete nightmare. Their customer service is non existent. No explanation why they failed to deliver. My recommendation would be, to go elsewhere or you may not get what you pay for. Gave one star, which is too generous.
