I would give them ‘0’ stars. I had my ensuite & bathroom fitted in 2018. This year i have had to have both rooms ripped out due to leak damage in the floors & walls. The built in toilet in the ensuite was the root cause according to my new fitters. Cheap products fitted quickly & badly. They made a mess fitting the shower and were generally not nice to deal with. They even told me they would not fit the downstairs cloakroom as they had not charged enough..these are cowboys. Cheap rubbish fitted by monkeys. Avoid. Its cost me £20,000 to repair the damage even before replacing the actual rooms. I hope this will encourage others to select another company. Doing so will save you a LOT of trouble.
Fantastic service, the staff and fitters were friendly and informative. We had a few unforeseen hurdles to overcome but i was left fully informed and given advise and could not be happier with my renovation. I have allready recommended kitchen and bathroom creations and would not hesitate to use them again thanks team
Really upset & disappointed. They seemed very professional, competent, helpful UNTIL we had a problem, only 6days after installation & paid. Problems with the toilet! the shower ! & the bath! no water coming through & no customer service for problems. We've had no water to bath or shower for 17days on / off in the last 5wks 😢 & they keep saying it isn't to do with them ?! Wish to goodness we had never gone with them. Please please please avoid. We are an average family, changed the bathroom due to a persistent leak & have been left with an awful job. Their attitude has been awful.
Having now spoken to the company, I would revise my review to the following:
The fitters are excellent and I can't sing the praises high enough Dave who is working on ours - his attention to detail, knowledge and skills are the work of an absolute craftsman. We used the new Rugby branch. Roger was very good at designing and selling our vision. We had a minor communication breakdown however a quick phone call and the issue was resolved and the customer focus of the people we spoke to was first class. If my experience is typical then I can't recommend them high enough.
The fitters are outstanding but we used the new Rugby branch and the attention to detail in the planning stage is currently leading to quite some confusion and frequent conversations in an attempt to sort things out. If it all does get sorted out satisfactorily and we end up with the bathroom that we want then I will happily delete this and my other reviews.
