FRC Timber Frames Ltd carried out work next door which resulted in damage to our van windscreen due to a lack of basic protective measures during brickwork. We raised this in April 2025 and, despite repeated follow-ups over many months, it remains unresolved. An attempted repair in March 2026 was unsuccessful, and we have since received no clear plan or commitment to put this right. Communication has been poor, with delays and lack of response. Given we were cooperative throughout the build, including allowing access over our land, the lack of accountability and follow-through has been disappointing and unprofessional. Based on our experience, I would not recommend using this company.
