I paid £3950 for roofing works, including accessing the roof, realigning tiles, replacing damaged tiles, repointing and making good the chimney stack, cladding wooden facia, replacing guttering, painting timber apex and fitting bird spikes. I was happy with the work but unfortunately, corrective work was required to replace a couple of tiles and a number of bird spikes. I contacted Pro-Fit Roofing ,repeatedly, to rectify the work and promises were made to put matters right. Nothing came of the promises, and I left a negative review. Immediately after posting my review I was contacted by Pro-Fit who profusely apologised for failing to carry out remedial works and promised that the work would be done. The appalling weather did create a delay in the work being done but Pro-Fit kept in contact, and I am now satisfied that Pro-Fit Roofing have carried out the necessary work, with the assurance that any work under the guarantee will be carried out. It was a shame that there was a breakdown in communications and confidence, delaying the work, but this has been restored. I feel confident that if you have a problem following any work carried out by Pro-Fit, persist in any follow up.

I paid for all tiles to be replaced and realigned. One has fallen from the window bay. I have repeatedly contacted Pro-Fit to rectify the work and I am still waiting.
Immediately after posting the above review I was contacted by Pro-Fit who profusely apologised for failing to carry out remedial works, which will now be rectified within the next ten days. I know feel confident that the work will be done. It only seems fair to update the response given.
I can only endorse the reviews left by others. I paid £3950 for work to be done. This included fitting bird spikes on mine and my neighbour’s roof. Instead of screwing these down, glue was used and currently a third of them have come unstuck. Also, although all the roofing tiles were inspected, replaced or realigned, one has fallen off from the window pay. Promise after promise after promise was made, to rectify the work, but no action taken. I will now engage a professional to secure the birds spikes properly and replace the missing tile. The owner of Pro-Fit Roofing uses WhatsApp for communicating with customers but he has set the default for disappearing messages so that all messages on the WhatsApp chat disappears after 90 days. So, if you ignore these reviews or are currently employing Pro-Fit Roofing set you WhatsApp setting so your chats with the company do not disappear, you may need them to prove any negative problems after the work is done and you have paid.. Sadly, I do not have a record of all my repeated complaints and promises to resolve them. The damage done by Pro-Fit Roofing is not a major disaster, unlike their other customers,, but my review proves that Pro-Fit Roofing is not a trusted roofer and they do not honour any verbal or written guarantees.
This man William "Billy" Caskin of Profit Roofing Limited is a complete Rogue Trader , came unnanounced touting for unecceassary work and when rejected , became abusive and rude.
Tried to make indirect threats i.e " If you and me were in a public place you'd come second " make from that as you will. Strange individual
According to Companies House public records Pro-Fit Roofing Limited was subject to compulsory strike off and thereafter filed accounts show annual turnover circular barely £5,000 for the year which demonstrates all are staying well clear of this obnoxious individual
Billy Gaskin the owner of Pro-fit Roofing has robbed me of £350.00 and completely damaged my garage roof. He has made promises to pay me back then he keeps going back on his word. Billy Gaskin is the most unreliable businessman on this planet. PLEASE DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Just come and take a look at the state Billy Gaskin and his roofers have left my garage roof.
I have been treated really really badly by Billy the owner of Pro-fit Roofing in Birmingham. I cannot even give any reviews to this company as they have completely destroyed my garage roof and my garage. Billy's roofers have broken a lot of my roof slates and l have complained so many times. Billy had now put a sheet on my roof for over four months in the worst time of the year which has now blown off. Now Billy refuses to give me a refund and l am forced to take legal action against Billy and his company Pro-fit. Roofing. Pro-fit roofing is the first company l have ever used for repairing my roof and Billy the owner has robbed me of my money and completely damaged my roof. Please do not use Pro-fit roofing. There are much better and respectable companies to use.
New troughings, down pipes & plastic boards all round Two weeks after fitting one of the boards has come loose . rung twice did not repair now home tel. No. & mobile are none existent.
