We're were waiting 6 months for our new front door and arched window above it. No communication. Had to keep ringing to find out what was happening. I booked a day off work (unpaid) for the fitting date. Only for the fitter to not turn up. When I rang the company he told me the fitters van had broken down. I rang the fitter. He told me he knew nothing about fitting my door on that day. Not the fitters fault. Truth was they had forgot all about us. Had to then have another day off work for the fitting again unpaid. Very pleased with the door and the fitting. The handle on the door is cheap crap. Awaiting for another to be fitted. And a bit of siliconing to be finished. Until then we won't be paying the outstanding balance. Overall I would not use this company again.
