By far the worst company and customer service I have ever encountered. Had a bathroom installed October 19, fast forward a year and my hall laminate is warped, turns out they failed to install the over flow pipe under the bath so the water had been pouring onto the floor for a year ! Travelling under my bathroom laminate and into my hall. Had it not been for the hall laminate warping I may not have found the leak. I have now had to replace both my hall and bathroom flooring at a cost to myself. Months later I am still being ignored and refused compensation to cover the cost of 2 floors I had to replace ! They are denying responsiblity as they are saying I am out-with the years guarantee. A years guarantee on a part that was not fitted in the first place. And also had been leaking for a year undetected ! The worst customer service. I actually think I am being ignored and treated like this as I am a Social Housing Customer. Also, this major leak follows on from 2 previous leaks from my toilet ! Would avoid this company at all costs !

All trades worked fantastically and to an incredible standard. This was done in spite of covid 19 Project manager Wullie Burnley was exceptional. Nothing was a bother or too much trouble. Friendly and professional service from start to finish. Can't praise him enough for all the help given during a very traumatic time for my self and wife Alan Scott

Just had our bathroom done and have to say willie and his team done an excellent job,kept us informed daily of the progress and sent us pictures.First class service

Took over a year to complete a job moving a couple of radiators. Failed to invoice me correctly. I had to constantly chase them to get the work complete and get them to provide invoices. Nearly £10K spent with them and simply shocking customer services. Still chasing them for acknowledgement of payment received and for warranty documentation on boilers they have installed for me. Its a real shame as the workmen were all very nice and did a good job. Just let down by the back office staff and lack of process.
