Ordered windows and doors in April for June fitting. Lots of excuses , no windows and no hope of recovering £9k deposit. Not contactable since early July. Check out their filing history at companies house for No 14258823 ... 3 different registered addresses in 3 months and 2 most recent are fraudulent .. I checked. Unfortunately only found out too late. DO NOT USE !
Paid January 2023 for A rated windows to fit May but nothing from them had to send letters about refund no reply and not answering calls. Address is posting address but the guy that owns shop is /was director but denied it also lots of over INVICTA companies from same address latest is INVICTA window doors and conservatories.
Steak well clear of anything that involves this company Oxford street whitstable or Margate Tony is fake
Absolute cowboys took deposit was supposed to fit windows 6/10 weeks later took 4 months damaged all my internal walls and outer brickwork and concrete window seals door was too small and damaged didn’t lock for the first 2 weeks had to get another company to make right fitted wrong handles and wrong glass avoid this company they’re nothing but con artists and shouldn’t be trading

Please do not use this company. They were a nightmare from paying the deposits.
They eventually fitted 7 windows for us. We had to call them out again and again to fix problems. The lady in customer service has a real chip on her shoulder and 0 customer service experience. She has a really bad attitude.
We was promised a CERTASS certificate and 4 months later they still haven’t registered the work with CERTASS. I’m forever chasing them and I’ve been told I’m rude for calling them out on their lies. They won’t respond to my messages now so I’m going to trading standards.
Save yourself a the frustration of this company.
Shocking!!!! Was supposed to fix a window, broke it and now they never return my calls or messages!!!! Utterly disgusted with them!!! Don’t bother using them at all!!! The window cannot even open now
Don’t not use Invicta!!! Glorified middle man who makes promises he can’t keep, wish we’d done our due diligence as they have a terrible reputation in the industry, complete install was a disaster.
Excellent-used them twice now-once on our own property and once on a tenanted one-sensible prices,good service,good quality-easy no-nonsense people to deal with!
