Terrible after service. I had glazing done on my bathroom and the window doesn't close properly, as in one can see outdoors through the gap. I have tried to get them to fix it for 8 months. I eventually contacted the ombudsman of the Plastic Window Federation. They contacted Elizabethan Patio Doors about my complaint and the company hasn't even bothered to contact me let alone fix the window. My option? Small claims court. Do not use Elizabethan Patio Windows. The 5 year guarantee is not worth the paper it is written on.
